I ghostwrote Tales from the Top: Ten Crucial Questions from the World’s #1 Executive Coach for Graham Alexander (www.alexandercorporation.com).
It was published by Nelson Business Oct. 2005 hardcover and in the U.K. by Piatkus, Nov. 2005; Nelson released a paperback version in March 2007.
That project took six months and several 4 a.m. calls since Graham is based in London – while I was editor-in-chief of Atlanta Woman magazine.

“Echo Garrett is a very fine writer. She is intuitive and selective in her writing and editing. As a publisher, I regularly deal with specialists in the publication field and I look for skill but also, and very importantly, for writers who can meet deadlines and keep promises, and care for that part of the process which is ultimately my responsibility as though it was theirs. Echo does this. That means she is special. I recommend her highly.” -- Victor Oliver, Thomas Nelson Books

“As summer approaches, HBS Working Knowledge begins its annual quest to find the ideal beach-friendly management text. Consultant Graham Alexander's Tales from the Top fits the bill: It's light in style but informative in substance…with points that are easily grasped, even as a hot sun and cooling breeze vie for your attention. Many of the themes here have been dealt with effectively elsewhere, themes like work-life balance, understanding the needs of employees and customers, and recognizing personal limits. But Alexander also addresses less common issues such as self-doubt and determinants of success. Alexander boils it all down to actionable items, a to-do list we happily agree with and hope to remember when we return to the office.” – Harvard Business School online http://www.alexandercorporation.comshapeimage_1_link_0
